Collective Winter Accessory Haul 2014 // 2015

Happy New Year Everyone!

These past few months for me have been jammed! From school to holidays to some shopping, I've been packed! 

So, as a welcome back, this will be my winter haul full of accessories I've recently purchased or gotten as well as their review.

Kiel James Patrick Vicker's Bow Tie Bracelet:

I was super excited when I bought this from Brooks Brothers in New Orleans. These bow bracelets have gotten really popular lately and I am so excited to style mine now! The fit is great and the color choices are so cute!

Brooks Brothers Ribbon Belts:

Right next to where the KJP bracelets were, the NOLA store had ribbon-print belts! I got one that matches my navy bracelets perfectly, then another one that is coral and blue! Unfortunately, they are unavailable online to I cannot link those below. Let me know if anyone knows of another store where they are available!

Vineyard Vines Bangle:

Right after Christmas, I went to Tanger Outlets and saw that VV was having a sale so I was super excited to buy a tee and bangle! Unfortunately, the bangle wasn't on sale so it was still $29.99 but now it is super worth it! I matches my clothes perfectly and it really is comfortable!

Gold Pointed Bracelet:
Myrtle Beach has this adorable boutique at Broadway at the Beach and one of their newest pieces was this gold pointy bracelet. You just pull it apart and it closes around your wrist. It's so pretty and I love it! My one complaint though is that it seems the clasp is wearing out pretty fast so that's worrying me a bit but until then ... I love it!

 Elephant Set:
Also from the store, Bijuju, I got this adorable elephant set. The necklace is just a simple gold chain with a little elephant on the end. The earrings are matching elephants. When I saw this at the store, I was super stoked and fell in love with it! It was a great price and I can't wait to wear it!

Red-Coral Flower Statement Necklace:

The last thing I purchased from Bijuju was this red statement necklace with flowers. It was 50% off and I really needed a good spring-y necklace so this was the perfect necklace. The actual length is decent but I'm not too crazy about the earrings it came with, so if anyone knows of a good, matching pair, comments below!

Dooney & Bourke Pebble Grain Zip Zip Satchel:

One thing I had really requested right before Christmas was a nice, well-made purse. I ended up receiving this beautiful Dooney and I am now content for the rest of my life. I just love it so much! The color is Bordeaux and it's just so pretty and I will use it everyday!

London Fog Sullivan Satchel:

Another purse I got was this pretty London Fog. It's in the Sullivan Satchel style, Cognac color. This was one I bought just before Christmas on impulse because they had it in Tuesday Morning for like, $50 which is super cheap compared to what they normally sell for. They don't sell the exact ones anymore but they are all over the Internet at similar, great prices!

Vera Bradley Puffy Backpack:

The most versatile thing I've recently gotten was this VB Puffy Backpack in the color, Lapis. I just got it yesterday as a gift from my best friend. We were shopping together at South Pointe and saw that these were 50% off at the VB store! She got a matching one in Fuscia! I will definitely be using this next semester as a laptop case!

Hey guys! I thought I'd write a post on one of my most go-to items of clothing this time of year! What is it?

Plaid.

From flannels to dresses to jackets, you can never have enough plaid in your wardrobe. So, if you are in need of a little plaid inspiration, look on (:

Plaid flannels are my fall fave. Under a great vest with some tall boots and pearls, the ultimate outfit is made!

Wearing sweaters over collard shirts has been so in this year and I love it! The one above is simple yet classic all in one!

I love plaid scarves. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Pairing it with the vest and shirts above are totes adorbs (:

Putting a plaid skirt with an oxford or solid shirt is the best!

Fall Music Playlists!

Hey Everyone! 

Since it's beginning to look a bit more like Fall (finally, Ugg weather!) and school has just begun for the most of us here, I thought I'd do a Fall Music Playlist!

If you've checked out my page before, you'd see at the top there is a tab labeled "Spotify Playlist".

Now, that list is my own personal playlist that I basically listen to 24/7. I update it daily, and when I say daily, I mean whenever I here a new song I like, it's added immediately. For that reason, that's probably why it contains more than 600 songs and is longer that 35 hours. 

So, you may be asking, why don't I just use that list for this post? 
Well the reason is because that one is WAY too long and has everything from Echosmith, to the Vamps, to Luke Bryan, and ending with Queen. Yes, that Queen. 

This new playlist will be much shorter, have more current songs, and be appealing to a larger group of people!

What this will be is posts where I give something away (ideas, cheats, special how-to's, etc) simply giving it the term, From Me to You.
